Your Way Through Counseling, LLC

Compassionate clinical counseling for adults facing life's transitions. Erin Weekes facilitates personal growth by helping you build the resilience needed to move toward a life aligned with your true values.
My Philosophy
I believe therapy should be a place where you can show up exactly as you are. You don't need to have the right words, know exactly what you want to change, or have everything figured out before you begin.
My role isn't to tell you how to live your life or make decisions for you. Instead, I see therapy as a partnership. Together, we'll explore what you're experiencing, better understand the thoughts and patterns that may be affecting you, and find practical tools that can help you move forward.
I believe every person's path is different. What works for one person may not work for another, so I strive to meet you where you are and adapt therapy to your individual needs, goals, and pace.
While I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based approaches into my work, I believe one of the most important parts of therapy is the relationship we build. You deserve a space where you feel heard, respected, supported, and comfortable enough to be honest—even when things are difficult.
Therapy isn't about becoming a different person. It's about understanding yourself, recognizing your strengths, and discovering healthier ways to navigate whatever life puts in your path.
You don't have to see the whole path. We can start with the next step.

Specializations & Therapy Styles
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) helps you understand how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected and develop practical tools to create healthier patterns and meaningful change.
Anxiety, Depression, OCD
Specialized support for adults navigating the weight of depression and the constant hum of anxiety, finding paths toward relief and steady ground.
Life Transitions, Grief, Issues with Getting Older, Caregiver Support
Support for major life changes, expected or unexpected, and professional guidance through the complexities of grief and loss.
You don’t have to know the whole path ahead. Sometimes healing begins by simply finding your next step.
At Your Way Through Counseling, I believe there is no single “right” way through life’s challenges. Every person brings their own experiences, strengths, and hopes into therapy, and your path forward should be just as individual as you are.
My approach is warm, supportive, and collaborative. I provide a safe, judgment-free space where you can be yourself, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and develop practical tools for meaningful change. My role isn’t to tell you which path to take, but to walk alongside you as you discover what moving forward looks like for you.
